    is it gaussian splatting? I do notice the image is mostly 2D (rotating it it has depth but yeah)

      More details!? What are we looking at? Why is is breathing? I love these artistic uses of interactive 3D and want to know more about how it works and what motivated the artist.

      I think it's just a 2d image made by randomly sampling points, with some 3d perturbations to those points.
