Being an entrepreneur is not about becoming "a boss". It's about coming up with what sells well by understanding people and what moves them, by being curios and a good communicator, and by having knowledge is several areas and being able to combine it, in order to come up with something no one else could. Then, you hire a "boss", if you still need to. In itself, entrepreneurship is not at all about leadership. Time to end confusing it. If it wasn't the case, ex-military would be the best business founders.
