I'm not paying money to bloomborg, but from the 100 or so words on their slash banner, guessed it's most probable a rehash with a dash of opinion thrown in, of a recent news release by John Deere [1]

Funny thing and I'd imagine true, world wide - jobs that pay well and have good working conditions have no issues with having enough workers. Sometimes bosses might be caustic but more than likely they're under the pump as well to keep profits up and things running smoothly - some do understand they just need time to train up their employees, but some are just clueless and a high job turn over will be a thing, where no local workers want to work for them - until that manager leaves or wises up.

As for the new age, all works well until such autonomous providing companies are unhappy the bills are not paid in full to the Nth degree and turn gear off. It will not be an issue with high profit industry, but farmers are typically price takers, and more often near bottom dollar.
