It looks really cool! It does still seem to need a signalling server though, so it doesn't seem like it could replace Jami unless they finally add some true LAN P2P features to the web.
Thanks for recommending Jami , but this is just a web app, it doesn't need to replace any desktop apps, I just want to do a better job than the web file transfer tools that existed before, such as snapdrop, and I also hope that in the future the web will be able to realize the true LAN P2P features!
I have high hopes for the future of web apps, although it is a bit precarious having only Chrome support advanced features while all the other browsers refuse to implement them
